 Under this heading are carried out in the current school year, the celebration of The Safe Internet Day in our school and around the world. For the fourth time we actively participated in the organization of this project, which was organized by: Research and Academic Computer Network (NASK) and Nobody's Children Foundation (FDN), forming the Polish Center Program "Safer Internet". The celebration of DBI were also included in the patronage of Catherine Hall, Minister of National Education. Our activities in 2010 focused primarily on diagnosing an addiction to the Internet what has been dictated by the fact, identified by the teachers of our school, that every preparation for classes, homework performance takes place only with the help of the Internet, which is regarded as the main and only source of information available. In addition, the global computer network has become the only source of entertainment since an early age. |

 On the 14th of April in our school was held an examination of professional competences in the profession of economist. It involved a practical component, which consisted of a project to develop economic and office work related to running a wholesale business, drafting documents, records of business transactions and analysis of profitability of sales. Students performed their duties in a properly prepared computer labs, since this year, the requirement of the Regional Examination Commission is to implement the project using computer software of the INSERT Company, namely: the Salesman, Inspector General, and others. |

The 1st Place In Our District’s Computer Competition |

 Two students from our school: Sebastian Czerniak and Patryk Mazur (3 IE) took place in a computer competition for students of secondary schools of our district. The event was organized by the State Higher Vocational School in Wałcz. The first stage of the competition consisted of performing a website of a selected organization from the surrounding towns or cities. This part of the contest was attended by 34 teams. For the second phase of the contest were qualified 17 teams. The participants solved a test of computer science. Sebastian and Patrick were unrivaled.
